Sheriff's Office investigates shooting that injured woman on Palm Coast's Rockefeller Drive

The shooting appears to be an isolated incident and not a danger to the community as a whole, Sheriff Rick Staly said.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting from the early morning hours on Tuesday, May 26, on Rockefeller Drive in Palm Coast.

A female was shot while outside in the driveway. The injury appears to be non-life-threatening. 

“The investigation into how this person was shot is active at this time,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “If anyone saw or heard anything, we would ask that they call us. This appears to be an isolated incident, and while we have not made an arrest yet, there is no immediate concern to the community as a whole.” 

The shooter has not been identified at this time.
