All precincts reporting results for the Ormond Beach City Commission races have been updated, and all incumbents have been re-elected.
Ormond Beach Mayor Bill Partington won his race against challenger Rob Bridger with 53.8% of the vote. Bridger earned 46.2%. In Zone 1, City Commissioner Dwight Selby was re-elected, having earned 54.1% of the vote. His opponent Tim Grigsby earned 45.9% of the vote..
Incumbent Zone 2 City Commissioner Troy Kent earned 57.6% of the vote, meaning he will serve an eight term on the commission to represent Zone 2. Kent's opponent, Ken Smith, earned 42.4% of the vote.
Commissioner Rob Littleton was also re-elected to represent Zone 4 for a third term with 58.3% of the vote. Littleton's opponent, David Romeo, earned 41.7% of the vote.
For County Council, incumbent Councilwoman Heather Post will continue to represent District 4, having earned 58.5% of the vote. Her opponent, Barbara Bonarrigo, earned 41.6% of the vote.
In the most contentious race of the county, Jeff Brower won the race for County Council Chair with 57.2% of the vote. His opponent, Deb Denys, who resigned her County Council District 3 seat to run for chair, earned 42.8% of the vote.
In addition, the Volusia ECHO and Volusia Forever referendums both passed with landslides, 72.3% and 75.5% respectively.
