Missing teen Xandar Garrett found safe

The 13-year-old was located in Pinellas County.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office was notified on Sunday, Nov. 8, that 13-year-old Xandar Garrett, previously reported missing, was located in Pinellas County and turned over to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

Xandar’s family was contacted and were able to go pick up their son. 

“We want to thank the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office for locating Xandar and helping to reunite him with his family,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “We are happy that he was returned home and is safe. Thank you to the community who helped share the message and kept a lookout for this boy.”
