Two dogs and two cats have been featured as this week's Halifax Humane Society Adoptable Pets of the Week.
The first dog is Bella Dona, an 11-year-old terrier and American Staffordshire mix with a tan coat. She is currently in the "Prison Pups N Pals" program at Tomoka Correctional Institution. Her adoption fee is $35, and if you're interested in adopting, contact Officer Irwin at TCI.
The second is Shadow, an 11-year-old terrier and American Staffordshire mix with a grey and white coat. He is shy, but if you treat him kindly, he will blossom. His adoption fee is $35.
The first cat is Sage, a 3-month-old domestic shorthair with a black and white coat. She is currently being fostered and her foster parent is open to speak with whoever is interested in Sage. Her adoption fee is $50.
Last but not least is Josie, a 2-year-old domestic shorthair with a black and orange coat. She is also being fostered by same parent as Sage. Her adoption fee is $50.
