A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 27 to Sept. 2 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Dean and Donna Trindle, individually and as trustees, sold 510 Granada Drive to Mark Trudeau and Elizabeth Rodriguez, as trustees, for $2,999,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 6/7 with two half-baths and has a swimming pool, elevator, dune walk and 7,502 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
Condos
Christopher Floyd, of Bradenton, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 906, to Jeannie and Mark Herbert, of Palm Coast, for $850,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has 3,283 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,150,000.
Mark Evalenko, of Brooklyn, sold 4600 Moody Blvd. E., Unit 15B, to All in 2019 LLC, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,035 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $95,000.
Grand Reserve and Golf Club
D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 21 Birdie Way to George and Victoria Brown, of Bunnell, for $261,990. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,799 square feet.
Hammock Dunes
Connie Ritchie, of Palm Coast, sold 131 Island Estates Parkway to Gordon and Anne Mackenzie, of Palm Coast, for $1.2 million. Built in 2008, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,489 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $1,125,000.
Julie Ray, of Frisco, Texas, sold 9 San Marco Court to Arkady and Larissa Dokshutsky, of Palm Coast, for $640,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,372 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $505,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Burton Place to Nina and Roberto Fuentes, of Columbus, Indiana, for $226,100. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,208 square feet.
Lehigh Woods
Ricardo and Marga DeFreitas, of Palm Coast, sold 9 San Marco Court to Thomas and Jacqueline Lain, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,812 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $182,600.
Matanzas Woods
Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 18 Louisiana Drive to Douglas Kastel and Jeffrey Kastel, of Palm Coast, for $195,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

Frank and Patrice Courts, of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, sold 550 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Kristen and Joseph George, of Cumming, Georgia, for $750,000. Built in 2012, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,297 square feet.
Helga and Gordon Lupien, individually and as trustees, sold 33 Cinnamon Beach Way to Phillip and Debra Anninos, as trustees, for $630,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 2,789 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $460,000.

Esther Cassino, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Westcedar Lane to Fernando and Diana Maisonave, of Palm Coast, for $249,900. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,980 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $235,000.
Plantation Bay
Susan Sabin, of DeLand, sold 703 Woodbridge Court to Richard and Pamela Young, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,436 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $520,000.

Applied Building Development of Orlando P.C. Inc., of Davenport, sold 20 New Leatherwood Drive to Robert and Kathleen Coates, of Palm Coast, for $410,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,274 square feet.
