Community groups offer socially-distanced Halloween events

Trunk-or-treat will be drive-thru this year.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office and local community and church organizations are offering socially distanced drive-thru trunk-or-treat events this October.

Kids are encouraged to wear their costumes to get their Halloween goodies.

National Night Out Drive-Thru Trunk-or-Treat

Hosted by the FCSO

Tuesday, Oct. 6

6:30-8:30 p.m.

Rymfire Elementary School bus loop, 1425 Rymfire Drive, Palm Coast

Wear your costume to drive through this lineup of FCSO vehicles and community partners.

Friday, Oct. 16

5:30-7:30 p.m.

Hidden Trails Community Center, 6108 Mahogany Boulevard, Bunnell

Wear your costume or decorate your vehicles and come get some Halloween goodies. 

Beach Boo Drive-Thru

Hosted by the Flagler Beach Police Department

Saturday, Oct. 24

5-8 p.m.

Wickline Park, 315 7th St. S., Flagler Beach

Members of the Police Department and Fire Department handing out candy in safety bags.

Event traffic will enter the Wickline Center parking lot from South Flagler Avenue and travel south. They’ll be contacted on the passenger side of their cars by members of the Police and Fire Department as they approach the pavilion.

Vehicles will make a U-turn and exit the parking lot onto Seventh Street South.

Candy Donations: Unopened bagged candy donations for the event will be gratefully accepted. To donate candy,  contact Ms. Dee Ramirez at 386-517-2020 Ext. 309.
