Hispanic American Club of Palm Coast to hold third-annual Scholarship Dance

The Hispanic American Club of Palm Coast will hold its third-annual Scholarship Dance at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, as a fundraiser to support students for the 2021 academic school year.

The 2020 recipients, Mikella Penagos and Briana Whitfield, and their families will be attending as honored guest.

Each $25 ticket donation will include appetizers, raffle winner announcements, live entertainment by Baba Caiman, sponsored by Steve Pesek, and DJ Vic.

Wanda Denice, education and scholarship chairperson, said the two recipients received scholarships of $1,000 each.

The Hispanic American Club of Palm Coast is a nonprofit organization that has been here in Palm Coast since 1987, giving scholarships for over 20 years. "We're investing in the future."
