  • Dates of service: Aug. 20, 1964, to Dec. 7, 1969
  • Rank/occupation: Sergeant/Marine
  • Hometown: Hartford, Connecticut
  • City of resident: Palm Coast
  • What I learned: "The military teaches leadership and service before self. I hope I’ve represented the Marine Corps well in my civilian life."

Joe Pepin is the current commander of Flagler County American Legion Post 115 and led Legion Posts in Connecticut previously.
