Hank Mangels

  • Branch of military: U.S. Army
  • Dates of Service: 1965-1968
  • Rank / Occupation: Specialist 5 / Nuclear Weapons Maintenance Specialist
  • Hometown: Van Nuys, California

Hank Mangels is the chairman of the Flagler County Veterans Advisory Council. The VAC comprises delegates from each of the county’s veterans services organizations. He leads the group to help make decisions for keeping the county a great place for veterans to live, work or retire.

Mangels has served as adjutant, finance officer and webmaster for American Legion Post 115. He was also American Legion District 17 Commander.
