Condo sales rose in November across the Daytona Beach area.
An analysis of Daytona Beach Multiple Listing Service data by Wyse Home Team Realty showed that 177 condo units were sold around the Daytona Beach area in November with a median sales price of $315,000. The number is up 23% from October and 14% higher than in November 2020. Sales volume in November was up by roughly $16 million over last year. And MLS reports show the median condo sales price in November was 21.4% higher than the median sales price in November 2020.
“The strong condo sales are a great way to end the year, putting a promising outlook on real estate conditions for early 2022,” said Ron Wysocarski, broker and CEO of Wyse Home Team Realty in Port Orange.
The inventory of available condos dropped slightly in November to 494, down from 502 condo units made active in October. It’s 33.9% percent lower than the 748 available condo units in the Daytona Beach MLS during November 2020.
Year to date, condo sales are up 26.3% and the median condo sales price rose 10.7% over the first 11 months of 2020.

“Daytona’s resort-style condotel units remained a popular option among condo buyers in November, as people prepare their trips for race weeks and bike week in just a few months,” Wysocarski said.
