Roger and Agnes Ware, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold 19 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to Charles and Antoinette Meintjes, as trustees, for $1,375,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 4,551 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Sheila Hart, of Cleveland, Georgia, sold 45 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1926, to Lynne Metz, as curator, for $340,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,007 square feet.
