A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 3-9 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Elora and Grant Young, individually and as trustees, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 204, for $1,998,800. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 4,948 square feet. Donald Nanney, of Clarkson, Michigan, sold 400 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 423, to Christopher and Sandra Freda for $248,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,283 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $295,000.

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 75 Perthshire Lane to Darby Barker, of Palm Coast, for $249,900. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,680 square feet.
Country Club Harbor
Stanley and Marta Wakefield, of Yulee, sold 42 Country Club Harbor Circle to Man and Quynh Bui, of Palm Coast, for $640,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,604 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $378,000.
