A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 27 to June 2 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Gregory and Patricia Rose, of Norfolk, Virginia, sold 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 1001, to The Vicki H. Shearer Revocable Trust for $1,745,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has 3,070 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $1,149,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

Larry and Margaret Pilkins, as trustees, sold 3500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 406, to Elmar and Brenda Locker, of Palm Coast, for $450,000. Built in 1976, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,106 square feet.

 

Jorge and Susan Reiley, of Manorville, New York, sold 100 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit 10, to Barbara Butterworth, of Louisville, Colorado, for $240,000. Built in 2002, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,455 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $149,900.

 

Grand Haven

FL House LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 215 Willow Oak Way to Patrick and Cynthia Gauntz, of Palm Coast, for $635,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,445 square feet.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 61 Lob Wedge Lane to Alyssa and Steven Flowers, of Bunnell, for $315,635. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,033 square feet.

 

Hammock Beach

Marcia Steimle, of Flagler Beach, sold 73 Ocean Oaks Lane to Michael and Monica Lipomi, of Palm Coast, for $1,167,500. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,586 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $841,600.

 

Hammock Dunes

John and Diana Fields, of Flagler Beach, sold 19 Via Roma to Calle Gato Ocho LLC, of Lake Worth, for $725,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,887 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $400,000.

Vintage Estate Homes LLC, of Melbourne, sold 11 Butterfield Drive to Sherri Scala-Sanders, of Palm Coast, for $317,899. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,085 square feet.

 

Martha Smith, as guardian, sold 12 Burnaby Lane to Olivia Whitaker, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 4/3 and has 1,540 square feet.

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 65 Ryecliffe Drive to John and Mary Rhodes, of Palm Coast, for $236,900. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,270 square feet.

 

RH Asset Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 21 Rocket Lane to Kristine Smith, of Pittsboro, North Carolina, for $229,900. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,500 square feet.

Richard Caddy, of Crossville, Tennessee, sold 42 Smith Trail to Peter Yanez, of Pembroke Pines, for $227,500. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,365 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $172,500.
