Adams, Cameron & Co. Realtors announced the internal promotion of its Ormond Beach administrator, Ivey Rodriguez, to the new role of communications and relocation director.
Ivey joined Adams Cameron in 2020 as the office coordinator for their Ormond Mainland office, providing administrative support to a team of 50 licensed real estate agents and managing the daily office operations. Within months, she was promoted to relocation coordinator.
It was this enthusiasm for networking and defining new initiatives for company growth that led Ivey to the role of Communications and Relocation Director within Adams, Cameron & Co., Realtors. As Relocation Director, Ivey is responsible for local and global lead generation and communications within the company.
Ivey’s background in administration began in New York where she held several roles supporting business professionals including being the executive assistant to the vice president of daytime television, at Procter & Gamble Productions.
Ivey’s strong sense of community is evident with her previous role as the director of operations for the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce.
“I worked with them for 14 years, and it really enhanced my love for local businesses and building relationships with customers and clients,” she said.
Adams Cameron President John Adams said: “We are thrilled to see Ivey flourish in this new role.”
When she’s not working, Ivey enjoys spending time with her family: her husband of 13 years and her three sons. They enjoy outdoor activities such as camping and maintaining an active lifestyle.
