Battery touch. A 64-year-old Ormond Beach man threw a cup of urine at his roommate during an argument about whether or not the man would be moving out any time soon.
Police report the victim, still soaked in bodily fluid, said the man had been collecting his urine in containers all around the house. The man told police another story: that it was his roommate who had been collecting his urine in the man's own containers, and that's what the argument had been about.
The man did admit to flinging the cup of urine, but told police he didn't mean to hit his roommate with it. Shortly after that statement, the man said "he wasn't even sure that the cup contained urine," according to the police report. He said his roommate had thrown a drink on him earlier in the day, and that's why he retaliated during the argument.
He was arrested and taken to jail.

Police spotted the minivan in town and followed it into a shopping plaza parking lot. The man parked the vehicle and entered a convenience store, where he was detained by police. The minivan was returned to its owner.
But prior to that, police checked the vehicle and found narcotic paraphernalia. The man was taken to jail.

Possession of methamphetamine. Police arrested a 46-year-old Daytona Beach man who hid methamphetamine in toilet paper.
According to his arrest report, police responded to a local hotel after receiving a call about a man locked inside a bathroom and screaming for an hour. Police tried to speak with the man when they arrived, but only heard groaning. Eventually, they were able to get the man to agree to open the door.
Officers checked the bathroom and at first found nothing out of the ordinary. However, one officer took note of a discarded piece of toilet paper balled up next to the toilet and opened it, finding the drugs.
The man was taken to jail.
