A house in Palm Harbor was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 17-23 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Gregory and Carey Lambert, of Fernandina Beach, sold 24 Old Oak Drive N. to Rodney and Deborah Anderson, of Grafton, West Virginia, for $961,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 5/3 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,255 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $740,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

Patricia Terek, of Palm Coast, sold 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 365, to Stephanie Swann, of Milton, Georgia, for $600,625. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,003 square feet.

 

401 Ocean Marina LLC, of Yonkers, New York, sold 401 Ocean Marina Drive, Unit 401, to Anastasia Carusos, of Dahlonega, Georgia, for $250,000. Built in 1987, the condo is a 1/1 and has 824 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $40,000.

 

Bon Terra Estates

Mary Murphy-Rosito and Suzanne Murphy, of Palm Coast, sold 12 St. Johns Ave. to William Furry, of Palm Coast, for $530,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 5/4 and has a swimming pool and 2,856 square feet.

 

Grand Landings

Karla Osorio, of Palm Coast, sold 143 N. Coopers Hawk Way to Maritza Cubero, of Palm Coast, for $286,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,802 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $225,000.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 65 Birdie Way to Diane and Donald Argraves, of Bunnell, for $335,145. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,986 square feet.

 

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 69 Birdie Way to James Foley, of Bunnell, for $296,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,585 square feet.

Gallery Homes of DeLand Inc., of DeLand, sold 3 Shear Water Trail to Sharon Barron, of Ormond Beach, for $362,720. Built in 2020, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,706 square feet.

Walter and Barbara Murphy sold 29 Cherokee Ave. to Kelli and Ralph Cox, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,385 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $221,900.

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 11 Rockefeller Drive to Marcus Green and Xenia Toro, of Palm Coast, for $236,900. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,270 square feet.

 

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 13 Rydell Lane to Erin Keever, of Palm Coast, for $204,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

Vintage Estate Homes LLC, of Melbourne, sold 11 Lewisdale Lane to Paul and Mare Bennie, of Palm Coast, for $359,970. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,651 square feet.

 

Brenda Coltrane, of St. Augustine, sold 52 Louisville Drive to Mary and Alexander Panzano, of Palm Coast, for $295,900. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,251 square feet.

Natalie Tarnacki, individually and as trustee, sold 34 Pillory Lane to Gori and Arturo Herrera, of Palm Coast, for $410,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,214 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $192,800.

 

Toscana

Applied Building Development of Orlando P.C. Inc., of Davenport, sold 46 New Leatherwood Drive to William and Portia Green, of Palm Coast, for $478,500. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,632 square feet.
