Wolfgang Buechner and Roland Gerold, of Munich, Germany, sold 3128 John Anderson Drive to William Tebbenhoff, of Ormond Beach, for $795,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 3,050 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $645,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
