Sabrina Bent, of New Orleans, sold 532 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Harbor Blvd. LLC, of Plano, Texas, for $2.45 million. Built in 2007, the house is a 5/5 and has a swimming pool, elevator, dune walk and 5,941 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
