Three dogs and one cat have been featured as this week's Halifax Humane Society Adoptable Pets of the Week.
The first is Dune, a 6-year-old terrier and American Staffordshire mix with a black and white coat. She was abandoned by her owner. The Halifax Humane Society states she is a sweet dog who loves to snuggle. As she is a Dolly's Dream Dog, her adoption fee has already been paid.
The second is Tank, a 13-year-old terrier and American Staffordshire mix with a brown coat. He is an active senior dog who loves to swim and is very well-behaved. Like Dune, Tank is a Dolly's Dream Dog and his adoption fee has been paid.
The third is Gunner, a 3-year-old American bulldog mix with a black and white coat. His adoption fee is $70.
Last but not least is Sooshi, a 4-year-old domestic shorthair cat with a grey tabby coat. He arrived to the Halifax Humane Society after his owner could no longer care for him. He is a sweet, friendly boy who loves to meet people. He is curious cat and has plenty of energy for regular playtime sessions. His adoption fee is $50.
All these pets are currently being sheltered at the Halifax Humane Society campus at 2364 LPGA Blvd., which is open to the public during regular business hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. Appointments are required for admissions, boarding and grooming. There is no appointment required to visit the adoption lobby. Masks are required. To adopt, contact [email protected] or call 274-4703.
