Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, school-based shows and most community art festivals were canceled. Student art instruction was also impacted.

“We had to emerge from last spring and reset with new expectations, but we’ve adjusted and we feel optimistic,” said Bryce Hammond, VCS Visual Arts Specialist. “Our community art partners have been amazing to support our students and teachers in so many ways as we’ve all navigated this challenging year.”

There will be no formal ceremony, but ribbons will be placed on winning pieces.

"All of us at Stellar are honored to have partnered with Food Brings Hope for the past four years, and we're proud to be recognized as their Business of the Month," said Michael Santarone, Stellar Foundation chief executive officer, in the press release. "Food Brings Hope is an incredibly important organization that provides Florida families in need with essential food and other resources.
