Vaccination age threshold to drop to 40 on March 29; all adults eligible starting April 5

The age threshold for COVID-19 vaccine eligibility in Florida will drop to 40 beginning Monday, March 29, according to a news release from Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' office. The following Monday, April 5, all adults 18 or older will be eligible to receive the vaccine, according to the news release. 

To pre-register, go to at www.myvaccine.fl.gov. Pre-registered individuals will be contacted by the state once the vaccine is available in their area during their eligibility window.
