In the bottom of the third inning, Lopez added two more runs when Hickey hit a homer with senior Zack Taylor on base. The Bulldogs scored a run in the top of the fifth inning, when junior outfielder Kyle McDonnell snuck home after a field out, catching a few Lopez players off guard. But it wasn't enough to come back. Lopez added another run in the bottom of the fifth, and won the game 4-1.
