A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 21-27 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Gilles and Candace Chemtob, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 304, to Philip Ogilby and Jane Baysore, of Palm Coast, for $2.71 million.
