New Goodwill store under construction on Palm Coast Parkway

The store will be at 420 Palm Coast Parkway SW, across the street from AdventHealth's new hospital.

A new Goodwill store is being constructed at 420 Palm Coast Parkway SW, across the street from AdventHealth's new hospital.

The Goodwill store, which will cover about 16,000 square feet, will be on the southside of Palm Coast Parkway eastbound in the St. Joe Corporate Park. 

Palm Coast Mayor David Alfin said on Thursday's Observer Now that the new Goodwill store will replace the current thrift store at 20 Cypress Point Parkway.

Alfin said the Cypress Point property is being sold.

The new hospital is scheduled to open next spring.
