Details: Tomoka United Methodist Church will host this free event for children preschool age through fifth grade. There will be a photo opportunity for with the Easter Bunny, as well as snacks, games, an Easter story and more. The egg hunt is divided into three age groups with an additional zone for visually-impaired children, which features "beeper eggs." All children must be accompanied with an adult.

Details: Enjoy some close encounters with endangered sea turtles and other marine life as Marine Science Center animal rehabilitation staff explain how they care for the injured. Vendors will sell food and beverages. Exhibitors from regional conservation organizations will provide information on projects throughout the area. There will also be crafts and live music. One or more sea turtles may be released on the beach, depending on turtle health, weather and surf conditions. Free event.

Details: The Ormond Scenic Loop and Trail Corridor Management Organization will hold a Guided Trail Walk at Bulow Creek State Park. Meet at the Fairchild Oak near the parking lot. The guide will be Dr. Don Spence, plant pathologist and board-certified master arborist. Walk will last about two hours and may include uneven or damp ground. Bring water and bug spray. Free. No registration required.

Details: The League of Women Voters of Volusia County invites the public to join them for this event, featuring a panel of VCARD land use professionals and a Barry University environmental expert. Details: Tomoka United Methodist Church will present a live drama titled, "Have you seen my son?" by Jon McCauley Smith. The drama is about five mothers helpless to intercede for their sons as the greatest event in history unfolds. This produced by special arrangement with Christian Publishers. Details: The library is offering two programs for adults who would rather work out while seated. On select Mondays, staff will lead "Sit and Be Fit" classes, which focus on stretch and strengthening exercises. On select Tuesdays, certified yoga instructor Carol Jones will offer a gentle chair yoga practice. Seating is limited. All fitness levels are welcome. Free and registrations are not required.
