Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 998 Downshire Lane to Dalia Fulop, of Ormond Beach, for $1,422,893. Built in 2022, the house is a 5/4 and has 5,624 square feet. Eva and Kari Scott, of Pinellas Park, sold 240 Ellicott Drive to Sean and Deirdre Donnelly, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,640 square feet.
