Yoga on the Beach social networking event: April 20

Build your business and get some yoga in at the same time.

The Professional Women of Flagler County is hosting an After Hours Yoga Social Networking event on Wednesday, April 20, starting at 5:30 p.m. The event will be located on the beach at Old Salt Park, 200 16th Road, Palm Coast. 

Melissa Byram, of Meditation Mama Yoga will teach the class. It's open to beginners and seasoned Yogis alike.

"This event will be a relaxing and fun experience designed to get you out of your mind and into your body and meet new business connections," said PWFC President Jennifer Brown.

Attendees must bring a large towel (a yoga mat is optional), water, a hat, plus some sunscreen. Registration is required, at www.ProfessionalWomenFlagler.org.
