A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of March 6-12 in the Multiple Listing Service. Charles Anne Lichtigman, sold 1244 Castlehawk Lane to Christopher Hornbecker, of Ormond Beach, for $1,862,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 4,733 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $1,649,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Winston Lightburn sold 901 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit PH-2, to Greg Embry, of Leitchfield, Kentucky, for $600,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 3/4.5 and has 2,790 square feet.
Jesus Surfed Apparel Co. LLC sold 62 Sandcastle Lane to Michael and Whittney Lynch, of Ormond Beach, for $598,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace and 2,762 square feet.
Miguel and Myriam Cabrera, of Thiells, New York, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 5040, to Thomas and Cynthia Hamel, of Syracuse, New York, for $584,900. Built in 1996, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 2,440 square feet.
Richard and Mary Steiner, of Port Orange, sold 410 Idlewood Drive to Lori Thompson and David Valliere, of Ormond Beach, for $505,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,344 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $272,000.
