A house in Tidewater was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of March 13-19 in the Multiple Listing Service. Todd and Maureen Cranshaw sold 14 Tidewater Drive to Brooke Celis, of Ormond Beach, for $2.35 million. Built in 1988, the house is a 5/5.5 and has swimming pool, boat dock and 4,823 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Frank and Coleen Larmie, individually and as trustees, sold 441 Triton Road to Ted and May Serbousek, of Ormond Beach, for $840,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/3 and has two fireplaces and 3,061 square feet.
Robert and Terry Wasserbeck, of Ormond Beach, sold 48 Charles Terrace to Richard and Jacqueline Dias, of Ormond Beach, for $473,950. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,792 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $195,000.
Leanne and Keith Lutz, of Ormond Beach, sold 1121 Sherbourne Way to Alison and Tanner Nowicki, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,641 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $151,500.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 330 Sunset Point Drive to Jean Carpenter, of Ormond Beach, for $323,490. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,753 square feet.
Margarita and Samuel Hall, of Ormond Beach, sold 712 S. Center St. to Jacob Gilbert, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has a barn and 1,344 square feet.
Emin Cay, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Chippingwood Lane to Derrick and Wendy Dickens, of Lafayette, Tennessee, for $292,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2.5 and has 1,386 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $174,900.
Russell Willmer, of Ormond Beach, sold 174 Grove St. to George and Bonnie Coxhead, and Jeffery Roth, of Tinley Park, Illinois, for $251,000. Built in 1902, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,706 square feet.
Dollie Clark, of Boerne, Texas, sold 424 Sauls St. to Robin Hanger, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,161 square feet.

Pamela Carlin sold 3156 Bailey Ann Drive to Richard Palmer, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2018, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,695 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $242,200.
Pine Run
Lonnie and Sylvia Ritenour, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Needles Lane to Nhi Ma Do, of Ormond Beach, for $459,900. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,156 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $165,000.
Plantation Bay
John and Kelly Murtagh, of Hickory, North Carolina, sold 440 Long Cove Road to Fredrick and Bonnie Kretchman, and Verna McKowen, for $538,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,172 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $340,000.

Harley and Alycia Whiting, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Sounders Trail Circle to William Knott III and Karen Mahnke, of Ormond Beach, for $372,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,765 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $224,000.

Emily and Nicholas Ricca, of Beverly Hills, sold 220 Coquina Ave. to Denise Corzano, of Ormond Beach, for $339,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,076 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $205,000.

James Carey and Randolph Felix-Carey, of Franklinton, North Carolina, sold 115 Shady Branch Trail to Leanne and Keith Lutz, of Ormond Beach, for $679,900. Built in 1981, the house is a 6/4.5 and has two fireplaces and 3,700 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $360,500.
