A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of June 26 to July 2 in the Multiple Listing Service. Anthony and Brenda Cantwell, of Flagler Beach, sold 1103 Oxbridge Lane to James and Mary Quinn, as trustees, for $2,228,377. Built in 2006, the house is a 5/5/3 and has three fireplaces, a swimming pool, elevator and 7,155 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Danna Bishop, individually and as trustee, sold 2295 Warden Trail to Dawn McKibbin, for $850,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,847 square feet.
Stuart Doliner, of Ormond Beach, and Adam Doliner, of Holly Hill, sold 742 N. Beach St. to Donald Allen Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $470,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,180 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $315,000.
Daniel LaDuke, of Granby, Massachusetts, sold 7 London Lane to Amy and Phillip Sherwood, of Streamwood, Illinois, for $362,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,391 square feet.
Maxine Mial, of Kansas, Oklahoma, sold 9 Laurel Oaks Circle to Jenell Miller and Jennie Miller, of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, for $349,900. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $110,000.

Anthony and Miriam Potts, of Ormond Beach, sold 373 Riverside Drive to Kenneth Duff, of Ormond Beach, for $630,000. Built in 1949, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $295,000.
Halifax Plantation
Ronald and Sarah Jones, of Macclenny, sold 4050 Campa Lane to Joseph and Jennifer Sacco, of Ormond Beach, for $600,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,189 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $425,000.

Irene and Antonio Bellavia, of Longwood, sold 22 Timucuan Drive to Dawn and Bruce Wagoner, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,854 square feet.
Ormond Terrace
Brandon and Morgan Davis, of Daytona Beach, sold 411 Mcintosh Road to Geoffrey Storbeck, of Ormond Beach, for $354,999. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,113 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $109,000.
Plantation Bay
Nelson and Meredith Hoyer, of Ormond Beach, sold 1221 Sunningdale Lane to Charles and Roxanne Drake, of Ormond Beach, for $625,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,087 square feet.
James and Ann Murphy, of Ocean City, Maryland, sold 1234 Crown Pointe Lane to Jane and Robert Mosley, of Ormond Beach, for $565,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,926 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $439,900.
