Volusia County’s Purchasing and Contracts Division wins national award

For the ninth year in a row, Volusia County’s Purchasing and Contracts Division has received the Achievement of Excellence in Procurement Award from the National Procurement Institute.

With the 2022 award, the county's Purchasing and Contracts Division has won this award 15 times, according to a news release. 

Volusia County is one of only 36 counties among the 171 U.S. and Canadian agencies to receive the award, which award recognizes innovation, professionalism, productivity, leadership and e-procurement, according to the news release. 

The Purchasing and Contracts Division is led by Pam Wilsky.
