A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 23-29 in the Multiple Listing Service. Paul and Wendy Scott sold 22 Tiffany Circle to Valerie and Peter Riccardi, of Ormond Beach, for $1.3 million. Built in 1967, the house is a 4/3 and has a boat dock, boathouse, swimming pool and 2,705 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Janice Parker, of Ormond Beach, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 704, to Tyrone Welsh, of Ormond Beach, for $334,900. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet.
Chelsea Place
Robert Vaeth and Jane Vaeth, of Ormond Beach, sold 328 Chesham St. to Paul and Wendy Scott, of Ormond Beach, for $541,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,010 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $327,400.
Donald Heights
Thein Rental and Home Improvement LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1851 Linda Ave. to Nelida Atlas and Samantha Marcarelli, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/1 and has 864 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $125,000.
Fleming Fitch
Beverly Sisk sold 1823 Linda Ave. to Jairo Santos and Dilcia Lara, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $250,000.

Tiffany Brownell, of Port Orange, sold 523 Collins St. to Jazlyn Santaella and Caroline Riley, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,456 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $153,000.
