Utah Limited Liability Co., of Riverton, Utah, and others sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive to John Crandall Jr., of Laconia, New Hampshire, for $1,175,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,881 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $636,800. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
