Lyle Sumek and Julie Jergens-Sumek, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 9 Flagship Court to Victor and Linda Corrigan, of Palm Coast, for $2,358,810. Denise Vollkommer, individually and as trustee, sold 15 Mid Pines Circle, Unit 15, to Inge Quay, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,150 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $66,000.
