Nealco Developments LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Crystal Circle to Omar Nadim and Samantha Evans, of Ormond Beach, for $800,500. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,572 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Pamela Olsen, of Flagler Beach, sold 4 Waterbury Circle to William Acton, of Ormond Beach, for $565,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a boat dock and 2,283 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $306,000.
68 Fairview LLC, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 68 Fairview Ave. to Michael and Claire Lewis, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, for $540,000. Built in 1934, the house is a 5/2 and has two additional structures and 1,907 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $340,600.
Angela Di Chiara, of Ormond Beach, sold 92 N. Beach St. to Robert and Cambria Gregorek, of Ormond Beach, for $483,900. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,867 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $257,500.
