Matthew and Allison Reynolds sold 3 River Ridge Trail to Chloe Kindred, Jason Daniels and Nick Kindred, of Ormond Beach, for $640,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,604 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $339,900. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
