Waleed Sultan and Ruth Whitaker sold 290 River Vale Lane to Aishiang Wu and Robert Caron Jr., of Monroe Township, New Jersey, for $510,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,008 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $250,000.

Lynn Martin, individually and as trustee, sold 1316 Bantry Circle to Jon and Norma Wiseman, of Ormond Beach, for $529,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,452 square feet.

Stamenko and Anastasija Angelov, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Avenue Bonita to Snow Enterprise LLC, of Eden, North Carolina, for $525,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,986 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $296,500.
