A house in Tomoka Estates was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of June 12-18 in the Multiple Listing Service. William and Doreen Sparks, of Ormond Beach, sold 345 Coquina Ave. to Michael and Kimrey Sheehan, of Ormond Beach, for $1.6 million. Built in 2002, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator, boat dock, boathouse and 6,627 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $1,225,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Anthony and Suzanne Boccio, of Ellenburg Depot, New York, sold 15 Fox Hollow Drive to Stephen Klein, of Bakersfield, California, for $429,900. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,593 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $254,900.
Carlos Gomez sold 317 Navajo Ave. to Jeffrey and Tracy Slater, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,818 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $264,900.
Vernon Thurman II, individually and as trustee, sold 716 Garden Lane to Destiny Strasser and Gina Strasser, as trustee, for $380,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,373 square feet.
Hortense Stowe, of Ormond Beach, sold 147 Lucky Drive to Space Coast Capital LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,447 square feet.
James Stringfellow Jr., as representative, sold 57 N. Arbor Drive to John and Tamara Toppen, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,676 square feet.
Peter and Michele Rath, of Shamong, New Jersey, sold 32 Park Place to Jack and Zena Ward, of Ormond Beach, for $249,900. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,579 square feet.

David Braddish, individually and as trustee, sold 6 Tropic Lake Way to Stephen and Beverly Corrington, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,080 square feet.
Halifax Plantation
Michael and Kathleen Stanton sold 1438 Dolph Circle to Douglass and Linda Medina, of Ormond Beach, for $635,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,694 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $353,000.
Tamara Nikiforaki and Alexander Katkov, of Tiverton, Rhode Island, sold 3192 Connemara Drive to William and Dawn Magee, of Palm Coast, for $489,900. Built in 2014, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,919 square feet. It sold in May for $440,000.

Bryan and Guadalupe Olson, of Daytona Beach, sold 27 Meadow Ridge View to Matthew and Natassia Walburg, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,806 square feet.
Oak Forest
Linda Johns, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Bridget Terrace to Jerid and Andrea Muszynski, of Ormond Beach, for $405,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,882 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $115,000.
Plantation Bay
Allison and Kathy Dean, of Franklin, Indiana, sold 826 Aldenham Lane to Lauren Argenio, of Ormond Beach, for $409,000. Built in 2016, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $220,000.
Spring Meadows
The Salvation Army, of Georgia, sold 11 Fernmeadow Lane to Michele Malit, of DeBary, for $360,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,072 square feet.
Tomoka Oaks
Egeneto Investments LLC sold 60 N. St. Andrews Drive to Jeffrey and Diahann Suchan, of Ormond Beach, for $679,500. Built in 1969, the house is a 6/3/2 and has a fireplace and 3,762 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $295,100.
Winding Woods
Marlyn Quiroga, individually and as trustee, sold 18 Winding Woods Trail to Dalbir and Hardial Singh, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,522 square feet.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Douglas Berry, of Wilton Manors, sold 174 Coquina Key Drive to Chet and Amy Anthony, of Ormond Beach, for $1,138,870. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool, elevator and 2,916 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $700,700.
Javier Hernandez and Juana Darce, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Dolphin Ave. to Ariel and Bri Paling, of Ormond Beach, for $1.05 million. Built in 1954, the house is a 5/3.5 and has 3,652 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $375,000.
William and Patricia Turpin, of Atlanta, sold 35 Longfellow Circle to Stephen Bradigan and Nancy Mellin, of Ormond Beach, for $465,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,456 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $262,000.
Barry Rell, of St. Augustine, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3120, to Rebecca Gibson, of Nashville, for $395,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,087 square feet.
Daniel and Helen Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 1227 Riverbreeze Blvd. to Joseph Horgan, of Boston, for $390,000.08. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,179 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $120,000.
