A duplex in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of June 19-25 in the Multiple Listing Service. Ettcon and Company LLC, of Granby, Connecticut, sold 3074 Ocean Shore Blvd. to The Rothwell Partnership, of State College, Pennsylvania, for $1,361,950. The sale includes both units, built in 1999, for a total of 4,176 square feet, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and two half-baths. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Margaret Hopper, of Indianapolis, Indiana, sold 935 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4050, to Travis and Bridget Welch, and John and Barbara Lanzilotta, of Houston, for $918,750. Built in 1981, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,398 square feet.
Dominick Rosato, of Ormond Beach, sold 104 S. Capri Drive to Charles Rivera, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,215 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $195,100.
Deborah Bovee, of Ormond Beach, sold 102 Bella Vita Way to Christopher and Sylvia Dooley, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,736 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $215,000.
James and Mary Clark sold 43 Mcalister Drive to Steven and Bruce Moorefield, of Temple Hills, Maryland, for $270,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,116 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $115,000.
Kenneth Rutherford sold 1817 Green Place to Emilee Bragg, and Sherry and David Greenbaum, of Ormond Beach, for $235,300. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/1.5 and has 1,040 square feet.
Pamela Alderman, of Ormond Beach, sold 698 Alcazar Ave. to Adam Peterman, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 968 square feet.
Ronald and Sally Brozene, of Iowa City, Iowa, sold 1653 N. U.S. 1, Unit 328, to Rachael Cockerell, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,035 square feet.

Larry and Janet Mathis, of Ormond Beach, sold 1425 Kilrush Drive to David and Cheryl Askew, of Daytona Beach, for $633,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/3 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,621 square feet.
Paula Sheedy, of Hoschton, Georgia, sold 3739 Longford Circle to Alan Nagy, of Ormond Beach, for $626,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,318 square feet.

Michael and Christa Strauss, of Ormond Beach, sold 2312 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Aliventures LLC, of Wellborn, for $900,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,028 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $385,000.
The Center for Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1372 John Anderson Drive to Glenda Rolle, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 5/2.5 and has a fireplace and 3,492 square feet.
Ann Iannuzzi, Frances Owings and Joanne Berberich sold 11 Spanish Waters Drive to Michael and Christa Strauss, of Ormond Beach, for $562,500. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,788 square feet.
Mark and Diana Huling sold 19 Kathy Drive to Joel Comerford and Marcia Meredith, of Boca Raton, for $425,000. Built in 1969, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,025 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $220,000.

Ralph Tate, Gregory Tate, Melissa White and Teresa Powell sold 15 Brooks Drive to Elisabeth Prine, of Ormond Beach, for $221,000. Built in 1951, the house is a 2/1 and has 748 square feet.
