A house in Palm Harbor was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 23-29 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. R. Brandon Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 50 Sabal Bend to John and Meryl Cardella, of Palm Coast, for $1.4 million. Built in 2010, the house, located on a canal, is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 3,682 square feet. It sold in March for $1.1 million. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.
