Jeffrey Lodge and Kyna Graus-Zimmerman, individually and as trustees, sold 3662 John Anderson Drive to Tank and Willie LLC, of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, for $1,165,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,741 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $847,500. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
