A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 1-7 in the Multiple Listing Service. James and Sherry Hogan, of Ormond Beach, sold 2802 John Anderson Drive to Michael Forbes, as trustee, for $1,199,000.
