A beachside house was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 8-14 in the Multiple Listing Service. Ian Thompson, individually and as trustee, sold 311 John Anderson Drive to Alicia Fuentes, of Ormond Beach, for $1.36 million. Built in 1915, the house is a 5/3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 5,487 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
