A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 12-18 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Anthony Mazza and Paula Peterson, of North Eastham, Massachusetts, sold 25 Sandpiper Lane to Michael and Victoria Munafo, of Cockeysville, Maryland, for $1.8 million. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 3,783 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.
Condos
Edgar and Donna McLean, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 614, to Terence and Gloria Cartwright, of Palm Coast, for $1.2 million. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/3 and has 2,179 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $635,000.
Myrtha Hill, of Ormond Beach, sold 700 Canopy Walk, Unit 742, to John and Lucille Darienzo, of Palm Coast, for $451,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,377 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $278,000.
Jeffrey and Kelly Crabtree, of Clive, Iowa, sold 24 Sherbury Court, Unit 24, to Tada Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,098 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $81,300.
