A house in Plantation Pines on three acres was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 22-28 in the Multiple Listing Service. Kelly Hencken, of Daytona Beach, sold 3745 Lodge Pole Lane to John and Mara Desmedt, of Ormond Beach, for $1.1 million. Built in 2007, the house is a 5/4.5 and has two fireplaces, a barn, second garage, swimming pool and 6,876 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Frank and Rosetta Munley, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Carrington Lane to Joseph Kulesa and Mary Walsh, of Ormond Beach, for $589,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,644 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $325,000.
Kyle Ratliff, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Bella Vita Way to Judith Molinaro, as trustee, for $313,000. Built in 2019, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 1,736 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $205,000.
Charles Bellish, of St. Petersburg, sold 24 Poinsettia Drive to Laureano and Ellen Varona, and Christine Cooper, of Ormond Beach, for $309,900. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 955 square feet.
Biscayne Holdings NA LLC sold 35 Mayfield Circle to 3AS Real Estate Investments LLC, of Port Orange, for $280,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,812 square feet.
Peter and Carol Polzella, individually and as trustee, sold 286 Timberline Trail to Stephen Brewster, of Ormond Beach, for $234,000. Built in 1979, the villa is a 2/2 and has 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $151,900.
Deborah and Teri Tetzlaff, of Port Orange, sold 17 Arbor Lake Park to Amy and Jeffery Haston, of Crescent City, for $185,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,118 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $92,500.

Phillip and Elaine Whitehead, of East Morecambe, Louisiana, sold 1101 Killarney Drive to Louis and Rose Figliolia, of Ormond Beach, for $560,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,342 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $470,000.
Sherrill Morgan, individually and as trustee, sold 1170 Athlone Way to Elisa Dellavecchia of Apex, North Carolina, for $321,000. Built in 1999, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $199,000.

Chin and Min Chung, of Lake Tapps, Washington, sold 10 Cottonwood Flat to Anthony and Cindy Leonardi, of Ormond Beach, for $466,500. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,482 square feet.

Gary and Barbara Tosh, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Sand Dollar Drive to Timothy and Maribea Balmert, of Ormond Beach, for $570,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,572 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $348,000.
Whiskey City Development LLC, of Harrison, Ohio, sold 1 Evergreen Circle to Marilyn E. Olson Revocable Trust for $440,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,531 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $270,000.
Timothy and Becky Becker sold 1202 Riverbreeze Blvd. to Lydia Singleton, as trustee, for $387,500. Built in 1955, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 1,683 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $179,900.
Ronald Kozik and Jeffrey Olney, of Ormond Beach, sold 213 Lynnhurst Drive to Jacqueline McGovern and Joseph Coffey, of Ormond Beach, for $368,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,120 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $154,900.
