Details: Join the Sons of the American Legion for a barbecue benefiting veterans charities. Costs $12, and includes choice of pulled pork, pork butt plate, sliced pork tenderloin or chicken, with corn, coleslaw and beans. Bob Higgins will provide entertainment from 2-5 p.m.

Details: Ormond Beach's favorite foodie party returns to Ormond Beach. Celebrate Ormond's bustling dining scene with small plates from over two dozen local restaurants and food purveyors. Try as many samples as you'd like, as there is no additional charge. S.R. Perrott will offer a tasting area with 60 varieties of wines, craft beers and hard seltzers, and each table will also receive two bottles of wine to share. This is a fundraiser for Ormond Beach MainStreet, and dollars will go to help new local businesses with marketing grants, fund new initiatives for Historic Ormond Beach and bring new events, art and entertainment into the district. Details: Join the annual Bike Week Ruff Ride poker run, presented by Politis and Matovina. Check in is at the Halifax Humane Society. Early bird registration costs $25 for a short-sleeved T-shirt, and $30 for a long-sleeved T-shirt. Includes one poker hand, a barbecue dinner and drink at Iron Horse Saloon. The run will be using an app called "The Mischief Maker," which must be downloaded to participate. Each stop will have a QR code to scan.
