Paradise Pointe of Ormond Beach and construction firm Robins & Morton recently celebrated the topping out of a three-story, 75,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community nestled in the city of Ormond Beach.

“Paradise Pointe is owned and operated by local physicians, nurses and those who have a focus on keeping residents safe and healthy in a homelike environment,” Chief Executive Officer Darlinda Copeland said. “Our owners are residents of Volusia and Flagler counties who strive to provide the best memory and assisted living care for the community.”

Paradise Pointe will feature 87 private apartments in a luxury, resort-style setting. The suites offer large living spaces, walk-in closets and innovative technology in a building with expansive courtyards in a natural setting.

“We are honored that Paradise Pointe has entrusted Robins & Morton to build their vision of care for the community,” said Robins & Morton Vice President Bruce Adams.

Paradise Pointe is located at 350 Clyde Morris Blvd. and is scheduled to open this winter.

BPF Design Incorporated of Daytona Beach is serving as the architect. Robins & Morton is the general contractor.
