Ormond Beach native and country superstar Brian Kelley, of Florida Georgia Line, is bringing the beach to the stage on his first-ever solo tour – Made by the Water Tour, presented by Boat Trader and his partners at Oyster City Brewing Co.
“Y’all, I am beyond excited to announce my own tour,” Kelley said. “Releasing my first album has been nothing short of a dream come true, and I can’t wait to bring these songs, along with some beach vibes, to the stage.”
After “making waves with his first solo project” as hailed by People Magazine, the 11-date tour will bring Kelley’s signature “easy-going sound that combines surf and spurs,” according to Billboard, to the spotlight. Inspired by his debut album which American Songwriter deemed “some of the best modern country put to tape,” Kelley will launch in his home state on April 21 at the Daytona Beach Bandshell, with stops in South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, and more, before docking on May 19 at The Hall in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Tickets to all dates are on sale to the general public via officialbriankelley.com.
Kelley blazed a sonic path through the coastal dunes of his youth as he found all-good inspiration while reconnecting to his Florida roots in debut album, "Sunshine State of Mind." Co-writing and co-producing the 17-track “love letter to the beach life” (MusicRow) alongside Corey Crowder, he looked beyond the water’s edge and took a deep dive into the place where his soul is most at peace. Featuring Kelley’s signature “easy-going sound that combines surf and spurs,” according to Billboard, The Tennessean hailed, “Kelley spins a collection that captures barefoot beach parties, logs nautical miles and takes listeners to sandy Sunday morning services — all from a singer who promises with the album's last song to be a ‘Florida Boy Forever.’”
