Peter May, Karen Chitty, Bryan May and Thomas May sold 1352 Lambert Ave. to Cathy Sheppard, of Flagler Beach, for $962,500. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace and 2,497 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.
