Sheriff presents ‘Great Kids’ awards for February 2022

Kudos to Mia Puccio, Mekhi, and Raylianna Giaccone for their awards.

Sheriff Rick Staly visited three local schools earlier this month to present three exceptional students with awards for being Great Kids for the month of February 2022.

“We’re excited to be able to present some of the wonderful kids we have in Flagler County with the Sheriff’s Great Kid Awards,” said Staly. “The kids getting these awards are all doing great things in our community and their schools. We want them to know that we appreciate their hard work and we’re here to help and support them to reach their goals.”

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office recognizes the following:

  • Rymfire Elementary School student Mia Puccio;
  • Buddy Taylor Middle School student Mehki;
  • Flagler Palm Coast High School senior Raylianna Giaccone, Student Government Association president. She has devoted much of her time volunteering to help organize FPC’s PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) Dance and is working on next month’s celebration.
